How do I start a match?
Just choose your game type and tap to score. You can start a match on your Apple Watch or iPhone and follow the built-in match guidance.
How to change a game mode?
Swipe left or right to switch between Singles, Doubles & Padel modes, then select your preferred game type.
What are the different game types for?
• Rally — training mode or simple in/out tracking
• Tiebreak (7 or 10) — short, fast-paced games
• 1-Set Match — a standard single-set match
• Classic (win by 2) — traditional scoring with a 2-point advantage
• Masters (win by 3) — extended play with a 3-point advantage
How do I add player names?
Open the iPhone app and go to Settings to add player names. You can also assign avatars to each player. All changes will sync automatically with your Apple Watch.
How can I see the live match on my iPhone?
Open the iPhone app and tap the Live Match button. Make sure your Apple Watch and iPhone are connected.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No, Apple Watch is not required. You can use the app on your iPhone, but the best experience is on Apple Watch during a match.
Why does the app request Health access?
Pointa may start a Tennis workout using HealthKit to keep tracking active during your match. This allows your activity to be recorded and saved automatically.
How do I report a bug?
